Repair work spans inspection, quoting, parts, workshop progress and customer communication. Dentplan keeps that operational record in one place, with permission-based access for workshop staff and secure links for customers.
The internal platform is the source of truth. Accounting export to Xero is optional and explicit — contacts, quotes and invoices are only sent when someone chooses to export.
Dentplan (Pty) Ltd builds and operates the software. Individual workshops configure their own branding, statuses and integrations inside their business account.
